Professional Background
Mr. Perri has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation in State and Federal Courts; conducting numerous jury and non-jury trials in a variety of cases.  Also, notable experience in appellate work having argued numerous cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Nevada Supreme Court and the Utah Supreme Court. Experience handling matters under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, other discrimination and harassment cases, wrongful termination, FLSA and civil rights cases. Mr. Perri was a member of the panel of Arbitrators in the Eighth Judicial District Court, District of Nevada Several years of experience in numerous labor arbitration disputes, both as disciplinary matters and contract interpretation. Mr. Perri served as Arbitrator and Mediator for the Nevada State Bar for client/attorney fee disputes. He also previously served as Judge Pro Tempore for the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County, Nevada, and has been a member of the panel of Arbitrators in the Eighth Judicial District Court, District of Nevada since shortly after the inception of the mandatory arbitration program in 1992. He was recently appointed as Judge Pro Tempore for the Eighth Judicial District Court of Clark County, Nevada. He also has extensive experience in Chapter 11 business reorganization cases, having represented both debtors and creditors in numerous cases and litigated numerous adversary proceedings.
